Pastoral Ministry is a calling, a labour of the heart, with a special dedication to people. Pastors often work from 9-5 (and then 5-9) and, in many ways always on call. Devoting many hours (seen and unseen) to church, community, and ultimately to our Heavenly Father. You give, not, begrudgingly but because you are a shepherd.
That makes our hearts overflow with appreciation for each and every one of our Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and Members who choose this high calling. But we also understand that you need to serve from a place of health for yourself, your family, and those you serve.
